1. Acceptance

By using HUAYU Instagram Publisher ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HUAYU Instagram Publisher is a web-based tool that allows you to upload photos and videos and publish them to your Instagram Business or Creator account via the official Instagram Graph API. The Service acts as a background publisher — you submit content and we handle the upload to Instagram.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page that you own or administer.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all content published through your account.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Service to publish content that:

• Violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Contains spam, illegal content, or content promoting harm.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Instagram API Compliance

This Service uses the Instagram Graph API in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. By using this Service, you authorize us to act on your behalf to publish content to Instagram using your access token. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Facebook App Settings.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through this Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. Media files are deleted from our servers after successful publishing or within 48 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for failed publishes due to Instagram API errors, account permission changes, or content policy violations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control including Instagram API changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
